Robert Lee Burton, 64, of El Dorado, passed away Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019 at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.
He was born Jan. 2, 1955 to Clinton Dee and Rosie Mae Russell Burton in Camden, AR. Robert was a self-employed Lawn Specialist and was of the Baptist faith. He was also an avid Arkansas Razorback fan.
Preceding him in death are his parents; his wife of 28 years, Lisa Michelle Burton; brother, Danny Burton; and sister, Judy Childs.
Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Waller (Shane) of El Dorado; grandchildren, Brooke Dees, Jaxson Dees, Emma Dees, Drew Waller (Katie), Kaylin Waller; great grandchild, Ashton Andrew Waller; brother, Tommy Burton (Cindy) of Stephens; sisters. Jean Bricker (Brian) of Plano, TX, and Betty Leveritt (Carl) of Hot Springs, AR; a sister in law, Mona Bridges (Terry) and a host of nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Sam.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019 in Young’s Chapel with Bro. Cliff Preston officiating. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. prior to the service.
